We then draw up plans that meet all building, fire & zoning standards in your location, then package and ship everything you or your builder needs to construct (in easy logical stages).
WE DELIVER ANYWHERE
We use nationally recognised and local suppliers, as close as possible to your building site. Using local suppliers means the material costs might be slightly higher, but freight costs are significantly lower. If we’re able to source locally, we can limit freight costs to $2000! Best of all, you’re supporting local businesses in the community you’ll soon be living in.

WE INCLUDE MORE
Like flooring – most suppliers don’t! Sounds crazy, but that’s the case. We include flooring, and a host of other things as standard. We supply an engineer-designed floor system comprising steel posts with level master, adjustable tops, bearers and joists, and structural particle board. We top that off with a solid Australian hardwood timber floorboards.

WE ARE VERY RESPECTFUL OF TIME.It’s the most precious – and undervalued – resource in the modern world. That’s why we promise your delivery will be the materials you need, when you need them, where you need them.
WE PROMISE YOU’LL GET THE CORRECT MATERIALS.
When we present our proposal to you, all materials will be clearly listed and this is what you will receive. Before each load is delivered, you will receive a comprehensive checklist of what will be included in that delivery so you or your builder know exactly what to expect. Each load we transport is checked and double checked to ensure every item we specify in that load is included. We ask that you also check all materials as they’re unloaded. If any errors have been made by the supplier or delivery company – Contact us immediately. We promise to pull out all stops to get that item to you as promptly as possible, so your construction can proceed to plan. Usually this can be a same day delivery, otherwise it will be a next day delivery. We will work around the clock until your delivery is 100% rectified.
WE DELIVER IN STAGES TO SUIT YOUR BUILD PROGRESS.
Your kit will be delivered in stages. Depending on where you’re building, there can be up to nine deliveries. View our Delivery Schedule here. This means there won’t be piles of timber or other items lying around your building site, exposed to the elements, because you’re not ready for them yet.
